  • Led the end-to-end development of DigiPay from scratch, making it live for 5+ lakh Common Service Centers (CSCs) across India. The platform processes ₹50+ crore in daily transactions with a 90%+ success rate, fully compliant with NPCI and Government of India protocols.
  • Built an Agentic GenAI support assistant using LangChain with RAG (vector embeddings) and LangGraph for workflow orchestration, automating transaction lookup, failure RCA, refund initiation, device diagnostics, and intelligent support ticket generation for AEPS & Micro-ATM services.
  • Developed a complete fintech ecosystem including a Django-based backend, desktop application using Progressive Web App (PWA) technology, and a mobile application using React Native WebView. Implemented app invocation, intents, listeners, and third-party SDK integrations for seamless PID data exchange.
  • Optimized AEPS biometric authentication for Mantra and Morpho devices, achieving one of India’s fastest authentication scans — 80% faster than competitors such as Airtel and other AEPS platforms.
  • Integrated micro-ATM services with PAX D180 and Morefun MP63 card swipe machines, enabling debit card-based cash withdrawal and balance inquiry. Collaborated with licensed third-party vendors to ensure secure and compliant transaction processing.
